British-Ghanaian sensation Jim Legxacy has finally dropped Black British Music (2025) — a 15-track mixtape already being called “a genre-fusing landmark.”
Fusing grime, drill, R&B, and old-school hip-hop, Legxacy explores love, identity, and legacy, with standout tracks like “Stick,” “Self Made Blues,” and “Father.”
The project features surprise collabs with artists from Nigeria, Canada, and Atlanta, highlighting global unity through street-rooted sound.
“In a world full of categories, I’m tryna make soundtracks for the uncategorized,” Jim said during his press event in London.
