In Da Streets Radio is giving independent artists another chance to get heard throughout October 2026.

No major label. No huge following. Just your music and an opportunity to get in front of a larger audience.

Submissions Open: October 1
Submission Deadline: October 23
Finalists/Featured Artists Announced: October 28
Winner Announced: October 30

How It Works

• Submit one original song.
• Include your artist name, song title, cover art, contact information, and music/social links.
• In Da Streets Radio reviews submissions to confirm eligibility.
• Eligible entries are entered into the October contest.
• Selected artists may be featured throughout the month.
• One eligible artist will be selected at random as the October Submit Your Song Champion.

The winner receives an In Da Streets Radio Artist Promotion Package featuring:

• 30-day featured radio rotation
• Artist spotlight feature
• Live interview opportunity
• Social media promotion
• Website playlist and Top 10 placement
• Direct Apple Music link when available

What We’re Looking For

Hip-Hop, R&B, and independent music from emerging or established artists ready to reach a bigger audience.

Clean or radio-ready versions are strongly recommended.

Important Rules

You must own or have permission to submit the music.

By entering, you give In Da Streets Radio permission to play and promote your submission in connection with the contest and station programming.

Only eligible submissions received by the deadline will be included in the random selection.

Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible submissions may be removed.

No voting is required. Fan count, followers, streams, or popularity do not determine the winner.

Submission does not guarantee airplay, featured placement, Top 10 placement, an interview, or winning.
